Celebrate with us at our concerts for Culture 2014!

Join us THIS WEEKEND (Sat 17th at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and Sun 18th at the Caird Hall, Dundee) for one of the first major events celebrating Culture 2014!
It’s now standing room only at our Glasgow concert, but there’s still time to grab your tickets and Go For Gold at the Caird Hall, Dundee at 3pm on Sunday 18th May.
Our lovely lads (and Artistic Directors) Owen & Olly will be teaming up with the RSNO, RSNO Junior Chorus, 13 NYCoS area choirs, CCC’s All Drummed Up project, pre-junior students at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and members of the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland – they’re so excited to present such a wealth of talent!
It seems that Sir Chris Hoy, six-time Gold Olympian and double Commonwealth gold medallist thinks it’s a special line-up too: Here’s his inspirational message!
“As an official Glasgow 2014 ambassador, I am delighted to welcome you to Going For Gold.
I know that all the organisations involved in Going For Gold are committed to promoting musical excellence and nurturing the musical education of young people in Scotland.
They want to celebrate the qualities that all 800 young performers share with the elite athletes of the Commonwealth: dedication, the capacity to put in hours of training, the understanding that success doesn’t come overnight and the ambition to put in the hard work necessary to achieve excellence.
I send my best wishes to everyone performing, as well as to the audience that they are about to inspire. Go for it – Go For Gold.”
